The ADC Executive Summit 2004 focuses on the foremost business issues of agile executives today:

  • Once there is agreement to go Agile, how to do we implement this?

  • Agile portfolio management? On which projects should we use Agile?
  • How do we involving customers and convince them to provide their expert user time?
  • How do we get upper middle IT managers to get with the program and not obstruct the move to agile?
  • What do we do about outsourcing and distributed teams?
