June 23-26 lunches are on your own with easy access to the conference Hotel coffee shop or surrounding restaurants.

On-line Registration Deadline: by June 15, 2004

Act Now! To qualify for discounted rates, your registration form must by received or postmarked by June 9, 2004. The last date to register mail, or online is June 15, 2004. After that, you can register only at the Conference or by phone at 1-888-861-2160. Verify that your completed form includes full payment to avoid processing delays.

Payment Information

Payment may be made by personal or company check, money order, or credit card. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars.

Faxed and online registrations require credit card payments.

For our International visitors, please make payment by credit card, International Money Order or drafts drawn against a U.S. bank account.

Refunds/Transfers

Plans change unexpectedly. So if you find it necessary, cancellations may be made in writing and faxed or postmarked by June 9, 2004. Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Your refund will be processed within four weeks of the end of the conference. Cancellations cannot be accepted after June 9, 2004.

“No-shows” are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Instead of canceling, you may transfer your registration by giving a colleague written authorization.

Confirmation

When you send us your order, we process your credit card or other payment. If the credit card charge is successful, we will then mail you a physical confirmation letter within a week to ten days. If the credit card transaction is unsuccessful, we will promptly notify you by phone, fax or e-mail.

Sell-out Policy

All registrations will be processed first-come, first-served, based on date of receipt. On-site registration will be accepted subject to the availability of space and materials. The AgileAlliance reserves the right to limit Conference registrations.

Registration by Phone

To register for the conference by phone, please print out the registration form (coming soon) and call 1-888-861-2160. A representative will assist you with faxing your form and payment information.

Updating a Previous Registration

You can use our secure update system to update your previous registration, or fax your update request to +1-407-366-4138. Please be sure to include your Registration Number in any such update request.

Confidentiality

Data that you provide to this conference will not be distributed to anyone without your permission. You will be asked during the registration process if you are willing to have your name and address included in the conference Attendee List. This list will be made available for individual query purposes, to the other attendees and to the conference's exhibitors. The Attendee List is not provided in bulk form to any outside organization. The AgileAlliance organization, the Association for Computing Machinery, and IEEE may use this list to notify you of future AgileAlliance, ACM or IEEE activities or conferences.

Agile Development 2004 is being held at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City. The Hilton Hotel is in the heart of the downtown area, with easy access to the airport and the highway system. This award winning convention and meeting space was voted "Best of the West" by Meetings West Magazine and was an "Inner Circle" award winner by Association Executive Magazine.

The Hilton Salt Lake City Center is sold out on Tuesday, 6/22. There are available rooms across the street at The Peery Hotel (www.peeryhotel.com). You can reserve a room for 6/22 by calling 801/521-4300, asking for reservations and referring to the Agile Development Conference. The rate at The Peery Hotel for 6/22 is $105. Directions: Leaving the Airport, take the eastbound I-80 on ramp. Follow I-80 until you see the 6th South Freeway exit. Take this exit and continue until West Temple. Turn left. The hotel will be on the right hand side of the street.
